How long does it take to prepare an order?

Our standard order lead time is 21 working days. Furniture made to your individual specifications - for example, pieces with custom dimensions, non-standard finishes or other modifications - may require additional time.

Each bespoke project requires individual preparation. We therefore agree on the lead time with you before you place your order, when discussing your requirements.

When might the lead time be longer?

Additional production time may be required for:

• furniture made to custom dimensions;
• non-standard finishes;
• changes to a piece’s construction or features;
• orders requiring additional design discussions.

If any circumstances arise during production that affect the agreed timeline, we will contact you with an updated estimated completion date.

Order lead time and delivery

Order lead time is the time needed to prepare your order for dispatch. It does not include transit time, which depends on the delivery destination and the selected shipping method.
