Submit a Complaint

To file a complaint, follow these steps:

1. Return/Complaint Form
Fill out the return/complaint form and enclose it in the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect. 2. Returning the product
In the event of a complaint, please return the product with all accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. 3. Shipping

You have 14 days in accordance with applicable law to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill in the required declaration and send it together with the returned product(s) to our address:

Also include any accessories received and a receipt or invoice in the package with the invoice and the returned product(s).
